How to Return an Item:
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at info@beyondpeaks.co.uk to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and further instructions. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and condition as received.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions. Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:
