  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 02:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

All prices and amounts are listed in GBP. We guarantee there are no hidden charges.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, unforeseen events, and customs delays may affect the actual delivery date.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping within the UK is Free on all orders. We don't provide international shipping.

Shipping Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may return the product upon receipt, subject to our return and refund policy.

Address Changes:

Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you wish to change your delivery address after placing the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Delivery Method 

We use DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver or ship products. Your order will be delivered on working days by a courier.

Packages Damaged in Transit:

If your package is damaged during transit, please report this to us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged goods to process your claim. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for any items proven to be damaged during transport.

Track & Trace Information:

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or your account containing the tracking & trace code. This code allows you to track the progress of your package. Please note that it may take some time for the track & trace information to update after receiving the code.
